A BIT MORE ABOUT ME
I went from overworked perfectionist with “good girl syndrome” to
Vice President at a major media company. While on the journey, I realized that I'm driven by helping women identify and create the careers of their dreams!
BEFORE I AMASSED THE 20+ YEARS OF MARKETING EXPERIENCE. BEFORE THE MBA. BEFORE THE SIX-FIGURE PROJECT NEGOTIATIONS…THERE WAS A CAREER “YES” GIRL.
“Good girl syndrome” had me eager to please, focused on approval and aiming to meet others’ expectations.
My likability factor was off the charts…but I didn’t know if I liked myself.
One thing I did know was that I was less than thrilled about my lackluster career “wins” that were seemingly out of sync with anything I actually wanted.

My shift into making “boss moves” was anything but #bossy.
A series of life jolts occurred that helped me wake up to my own power.
First, I found out that several men that reported to me made more money than I did (Damn!).
Then, the agency I was working for closed up shop within 30 min of letting the employees know they were closing
(Double damn!).

I QUICKLY
REALIZED THAT...
...I was busy building brands but hadn't spent any time building my own brand!
I thought that having this Ahaa! moment was all that was required to turn things around.
Who knew the road would be wrought with imposter syndrome, self-doubt, anxiety and a healthy dose of career FOMO (fear of missing out… made possible by incessant social media scrolling).
I got serious and got centered…
I wanted to wake up HAPPY!
I knew that in order to achieve this, I had to align my energy and my efforts.
I realized that giving myself permission to be the best version of myself, and define my own success, was actually a positive and necessary step to helping others do the same.
Through this process, I learned how to:
· Become unapologetic about success
· Lead like only a woman can
· Use my unique differentiators to my advantage
· Redefine the work-life balance
· Greenlight my own career
· Make my money match my motivation
Let's Connect
I love connecting with women all across the country when it comes to the topic of intentional career-fulfillment and success.
THE MINTHER MOTTO
Get Unstuck,
Move with Intention,
Craft the Career You Want,
Wake up Happy.
